When Fuxing Zhang was young, he moved from TianJing city to one of the most beautiful cities of China, GuiLin, GuangXi. Not only the gorgeous looking LiJiang River that it has, there is also a vast area of mountains covered by semi-tropical forest sitting to the north of the city. Falls and Rivers are located amoung the mountins, like crystal decorations on the green curtains. Walking into the mountains there, one is always attracted by the green-scene. Waves of trees and the rivers between them have built a guarenteed eyeball catching image of nature. In such place, Fuxing Zhang spent decades to travel through these mountains, creating thousands of paintings in his style. And so the northen GuiLin landscape had been printed on his paintings, which made him a great master of modern Chinese landscape painting art.
